I have no idea what kind of insect this is. (If anyone
knows, please e-mail me and let me know.) It was about 2 inches
long and had no disernable head as separate from its body. It
seemed to be all one piece - brownish with a white stripe going
along the outside edges of its (body?). Also it's wings were very
oddly shaped. At first I though maybe they were damaged, except
they were both so perfectly symmetrical.
I saw in my insect book that the tree-hopper has a
similar headless look, but other than that, it didn't look the
same at all.
